Therapeutic approach

Dr. Womack operates from an integrative clinical framework grounded in interpersonal and emotion-focused theories, focusing on how relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and emotional processing shape the therapeutic journey. She enhances this approach by incorporating neuropsychological principles, which provides a deeper understanding of the neurological and cognitive factors influencing mental health.

By blending relational and experiential depth with practical neuropsychological insights, she delivers a customized therapeutic process. Her practice is defined by a versatile, evidence-informed methodology, allowing her to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of clients throughout development.
