Therapeutic approach

Dr. Holly Bearden is a post-doctoral resident, supervised by Drs. Williams and Womack, specializing in the assessment and treatment of autism and ADHD across the lifespan. Dr. Bearden also has experience working with veterans, severe, persistent mental health conditions, personality disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and is particularly interested in helping individuals and families better understand neurodevelopmental differences and their impact on everyday life. Her approach emphasizes individualized, neurodivergent-affirming care and recognizes each person's unique pattern of strengths, challenges, experiences, and support needs.

​​Dr. Bearden can provide assessment and diagnostic services to individuals age 18 months and up, and therapy services can be provided to individuals 5 years and older.  ​

Dr. Bearden is currently is able to accept Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield for therapy services. As part of the patient scheduling process, administrators will obtain insurance information and assess individual benefits to ultimately determine plan eligibility, network status, and cost estimate for sessions.
